Hansenula polymorpha mit Glucose und Methanol


Die Hefe Hansenula polymorpha ist ein Expressionssystem für rekombinante Proteine. Der Organismus kann sowohl mit Glucose als auch mit Methanol als Substrat wachsen. Die Produktbildung wird durch den Methanoloxidasepromotor MOX kontrolliert, d.h. sie ist mit Methanol induzierbar.

Der Design für ein Prozess mit maximaler Produktivität lässt sich aus Chemostat-Daten ableiten. Da entsprechende Experimente sehr aufwändig sind und für rekombinante Stämme keine publizierten Daten vorliegen, verwenden Sie Daten für den Wildtypstamm aus der Literatur (van Dijken et al., 1976; Egli et al., 1980; Egli et al., 1986).
